MAI Security will conduct site surveys and draft a thorough security plan for review. Starting with existing security measures in place, the draft will include security enhancements and recommendations for improvement. Once approved, the lead security agent will have oversight responsibility for the implementation of this plan. As the person responsible for implementation, he or she will also serve as a liaison with the property owner and staff. In addition, he or she will have responsibility to review and update the plan on a regular basis (at intervals not to exceed three months) to ensure adherence to the plan and your expectations are exceeded.
